Airport pick-up procedures
When you arrive at Boston's Logan Airport, immediately find out which terminal you're in, and then use the corresponding pickup instructions. Terminal A:
Take escalator to baggage claim then exit terminal to the right. Look for signs in the baggage claim area. Terminal B:
Pick-ups are curbside at the (upstairs) Arrival level. Look for signs for Scheduled Limousines. Terminal C:
Meet your driver at the limousine stand that is located in Central Parking. Terminal E:
Proceed to the end of the terminal where the check-in booths are, then go outside. Follow the blue tubes to the last island. Train:
Back Bay Station: Meet your driver outside the station on Dartmouth Street.
